Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled VxRail Administrator – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in supporting the Next Generation Gateway Program. This role involves post-deployment support and configuration of VxRail clusters across multiple sites. You'll collaborate with the PMO, customers, and key partners to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level post-deployment support for VxRail systems remotely across multiple sites.
Assist with the deployment of 16-node VxRail clusters staged in the lab at Hanscom.
Work with the PMO, customers, and partners to support the Next Generation Gateway Program rollout.
Execute VxRail configuration changes, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support security certification and compliance requirements for VxRail deployments.
Assist in testing and validation processes to ensure successful and secure infrastructure implementation.
