Description:As Director, Air Mobility International Campaigns, position will be responsible for leading our International Air Mobility Business Development team in the closure of world-wide Air Mobility new business, from opportunity identification through contract negotiations to contract award and follow-on keep sold efforts of all C-130J FMS or DCS programs. This to include existing business, new aircraft sales, legacy C-130 programs. The product portfolio encompasses a range of offerings, including legacy C-130, C-130J, and Mobility elements related to OneLM, JADC2, and 21st Century Security. Internally, this position will work closely with other functions such as finance, engineering, Program mgt., contracts and Aero leadership to ensure competitive offerings are developed and closed.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in International business with Military and Foreign Governments with proven track record of order capture.
- Experience with United States Government in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracting process along with knowledge of Direct Commercial Sales (DCS).
- Experience with Budget Management and use of New Business Funds (NBF) allocations.
Desired Skills:
- Global business experience base. Extensive experience working with Military international customers. Previous US Air Force Air Mobility experience in the offices of SAF/IA a plus.
- Experience leading large enterprise mission based initiatives.
- Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter/solutions with Senior Leadership.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies and plans and articulate to Executive leadership.
- Experience in leading teams through complex business issues.
- Experience with establishing International relationships with Air Mobility customers.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
