We are currently seeking a SharePoint Developer with Power BI and Data Analyst skills to support our client in Moorestown, NJ.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer with experience in Power BI and data analysis to support the Department of Navy’s AEGIS TechRep program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint design, Power Platform integration, and building data visualizations to enhance reporting and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites for multiple divisions, ensuring effective content management, collaboration, and accessibility.
• Integrate Power BI dashboards into SharePoint to deliver real-time insights and data visualization.
• Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate workflows and improve tracking.
• Administer SharePoint sites, manage user permissions, and provide troubleshooting and support.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel, transforming raw data into actionable visual reports.
• Analyze data trends and performance metrics; deliver recommendations to optimize operations.
• Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Develop integrated tools such as calendars and trackers using SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, and Power BI to support visibility and planning.
• Apply modern software development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps in the design and development of software applications.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to make recommendations to government stakeholders, helping define the nature and scope of IT and cybersecurity issues.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience developing and administering SharePoint solutions
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Strong data analysis and reporting background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SharePoint integration
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience supporting DoD or federal clients preferred
