Computer and Information Research Scientist
Key Role:
Perform research into fundamental computer, network, sof tware, and IT systems. C ond uct research into cyber threats, adversarial offensive and defensive tools, techniques, and methods, and mitigation solutions. C ond uct research into problems in the field of computer hardware and sof tware with a focus on system security and vulnerability. C ond uct research into IT architectures and infrastructure. Apply science principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, or evaluate NCR communication systems and networks.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
- Experience with data analysis tools and methods
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or CS
- DoD 8140 Compliance IAT Level 2 or higher baseline Cybersecurity Certification
