We are seeking a civilian Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to lead a dedicated team focused exclusively on the health and well-being of federal employees in Quantico, VA.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Act as Program Manager, overseeing the administration and supervision of all contractor-employed staff
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and federal government officials
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations and personnel at both FBI Headquarters and Quantico
- Oversee orientation and training for new staff members and ensure procedural compliance
- Provide leadership and direction for all contracted team members
Qualifications:
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
- 5+ years of direct patient care experience required
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
