Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Enterprise Architect providing support to AFLCMC/HNC a one-of-a-kind Air Force activity which provides life cycle management for information assurance and other critical systems. The division's primary mission is cyberspace support. AFLCMC/HNC is responsible for technology development, acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization of cyber security systems or products that provide mission assurance by ensuring warfighter access to the information systems and its products, while denying adversaries access to the same. The division also provides product support to other critical Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), and national force protection and intelligence systems required by the nation to mobilize, deploy, support, and sustain operations. AFLCMC/HNC is organized into 10 branches spread across multiple facilities.
This will support the Command & Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) Program Office.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Education: BA/BS and 15 years of experience, including 5 years in DoD, OR
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance:
Education: MA/MS and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD

Responsibilities
Duties includ e, but not limited to:
- Developing reference models of the enterprise and maintaining the information in the IT repository
- Determining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architecture
- Recommending the policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architecture
- Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologies
- Promoting and educating customers and stakeholders on the use and value of the enterprise architecture
- Providing enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teams
- Documenting the enterprise architecture infrastructure, including the business units and key processes, using modeling techniques
- Ensuring technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by participating in test planning, validation, and reviews
- Evaluating the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and other outcomes
- Coordinating and conducting governance and portfolio management activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architecture
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Education: BA/BS and 15 years of experience, including 5 years in DoD, OR
- 20 years of directly related experience with relevant certifications, including 8 years in DoD
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance:
Education: MA/MS and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD
Technical Skills
- Experience supporting DoD or Air Force acquisition programs
- Strong enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and cybersecurity integration knowledge
- Proficient in architecture modeling and repository tools
- Ability to identify and implement emerging technologies
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment and engaging with government stakeholders
