Delivery/Program Manager
Location: Remote
Clearance Requirement: **Public Trust/ability to obtain one via Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)**
Employment Class: Full Time Regular
FLSA Classification: Exempt - Salaried
Salary Range: $175K-$200K DOE
** Position is contingent upon award of contract.

Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team. The Delivery/Program Manager will develop, maintain and help with design of our client's systems. You will oversee the integration of various system components to ensure that designs have been implemented and solutions have been optimized.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide roadmap and solution planning for an enterprise digital portal
- Responsible for supporting the product development process from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Additionally, create and test prototypes and mockups to validate product assumptions and hypotheses.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; communicate with engineers and designers to ensure product requirements and specifications are clear and feasible
Education & Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- Ten (10+) years of roadmap and solution planning.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing programs, and projects of similar size and possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing OR have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Required:
Strong skills in planning, scheduling and engagement with stakeholder, and project management
Experience in organizing, directing, and managing multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
Experience in effectively communicating at senior executive levels within a customer organization.
Experience in effectively communicating with leadership of other contractors.
Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.
Facilitating prioritization sessions and executive briefings
