Role overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven director of marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement within the Department of Defense and Federal agencies. This role requires expertise in government marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop innovative campaigns that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Manage marketing vendors and collaborate closely with the COO to ensure effective execution.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
Align marketing efforts with sales and product development teams to meet business goals.
Implement and track data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting DoD and Federal agencies.
Strong understanding of government outreach channels and regulations.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to obtain necessary DoD security clearance.
