Must Haves:

• Understand all operations WI's (assembly, test, & rework)
• Perform training and provide clarifications to P/F criteria
• Unit related issues evaluated per WI criteria & specifications
• Escalate potential part non conformances
• Highly skilled and experienced senior support
• Individual contributor able to work under limited
• Supervision with initiative autonomously
• Ability to engage with ME, QE, SQE and effectively
• Communicate findings, improvement opportunities
• Ability to engage with production leadership to
• Identify and correct training gaps
• Ability to identify and reduce waste (8 Wastes)
• Electro-Optical experience required
• Must be able to arrive on time!
• Must be able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members
• Strong ability to follow work instructions accurately

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior manufacturing experience, 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior manufacturing experience
