Trace Systems is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Configuration Manager to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Configuration Manager
Job Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea
Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Configuration Manager to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The Quality Control (QC) Configuration Manager will d evelop, maintain, and oversee application of an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with program performance requirements for USFK J6.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee identification, documentation, and implementation of process improvement opportunities
- Oversee risk management, risk mitigation planning and execution, root causes analysis, and corrective action plan (CAP) design and execution
- Collect data, perform evaluations, and measure and document program performance in weekly and monthly deliverables
- Resolve configuration and surety issues (to include assistance with providing Configuration Management data for use in DIACAP) and other technical matters.
- Advise functional leads on quality issues
- Coordinate quality audits and updates to QC policies and processes
- Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
- Manage trend monitoring quality process
- Facilitate process improvements and ensure compliance with all program and Government performance requirements.
- Oversee development, maintenance, and delivery of system configuration databases and architectural drawings for USFK Coalition Secret Networks
- Participate in Configuration Management Boards and provide configuration information and products to the DAA/AO
- Maintain baseline and operational configuration of all USFK SATCOM systems and networks and C2 network hardware, software, and firmware.
Minimum Qualifications
- An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Secret clearance
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing Quality Assurance (QA) principles
- Minimum 5 years' experience with DoDAF Modeling and Viewpoints
- Minimum 5 years' experience using Visio to create Network Diagrams
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Configuration Management principles
- Current Configuration Management certification
Desired Qualification
- Configuration Management experience on classified DoD networks and systems
- Experience maintaining operational configuration for SATCOM systems and networks
- Experience designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control and risk management procedures in support of DoD programs

- High School Diploma
