Program Analyst

Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a government customer. This position provides reporting and analytical services including maintaining a repository for gathering, analyzing, and distributing program execution information. The Program Analyst produces analytical products and prepares documents to describe and document findings and activities. The Program Analyst collects data, evaluates data samples, and prepares data for processing and analysis.

Tasks may include:

• Applying contextual factors around programs and efforts to measure performance and design business interventions to close performance gaps
• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing program data
• Population and maintenance of data repositories
• Leading the creation of ad hoc reports on managerial, financial, acquisition, expenditures, and other business functions
• Managing the data required to develop guidance and enable supervision of all personnel and efforts aligned to the Directorate
• Supporting requirements gathering/validation and customer relationships
• Leading communications and problem resolution support
• Establishing and refining management controls, administrative support, and performance measure

Job Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) with CI Polygraph
• Required experience providing program analysis, developing business case analyses, and creating executive decision support documents
• Advanced training in Program Management, Change Management, and Communications preferred
