Amentum has an opportunity for a Logistics Analyst to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Supply and Transportation branch of the Logistics Directorate. This position is critical in providing logistical support to USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC, and their subordinate commands. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for the administration and coordination of logistics functions, ensuring efficient and effective support of command missions and daily operational activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily performance of assigned logistical requirements in alignment with the command mission and applicable guidance.
  • Oversee the administration of the Logistics Directorate's daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and efficient task completion.
  • SOCPAC.
  • Manage issuance and return of vehicles to authorized personnel.
  • Track all vehicle maintenance and ensure timely compliance with maintenance requirements.
  • Track all inbound and outbound shipments throughout the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Coordinate and manage physical movement of shipments to various shipping nodes including DLA Pearl Harbor, 735th AMS (Hickam), and commercial carriers such as FedEx and DHL.
  • Manage procurement processes for GSA/SERVMART/Grainger items and ensure proper distribution to SOCPAC and its subordinate units.
  • Ensure compliance with Military Supply Chain Operations and the following supply disciplines:
    • MILSTRIP processing
    • MIPR/Funding Document submission and processing
    • FIAR compliance policies
    • Market research and analysis of commercial and government vendors
    • Alternate procurement processes (DLA Troop Support, GSA Advantage, GSA 4PL)


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Logistics Planning Experience; or 10 years of total Logistics Planning Experience in lieu of Degree
  • Strong coordination skills with regional stakeholders and interagency partners
  • Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance


The salary range for this position is $120K to $155K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
