Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description
RiVidium Inc (dba, TripleCyber) is seeking a a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage key financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of accounting or finance experience is required.
• Experienced in AP, AR, Reconciliations, payroll
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, AP/AR processes, and payroll regulations.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than five years of general accounting experience.
• Experience using Unanet, QuickBooks systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
