GENERAL DUTIES:

Support the CTO. More specifically:
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure AD.
- Implement and maintain security policies and configurations in Azure AD.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure AD and M365 services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for Azure AD and M365.
- Set up workstations with computer and network connectivity.
- Audit systems, assess results, and remediate for security, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Develop, standardize, and implement processes to support
- Experience managing or willingness to learn COMSEC device and keying material management
- Developing network architecture and system infrastructure
- Monitoring all systems to ensure they're working correctly
- Troubleshooting inefficiencies and errors
- Overseeing all IT work on computer systems
- Supervising other staff members
- Working with managers to determine system needs
- Training Junior supporting staff
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in Information Technology or Related Field and 8 Years of Experience minimum

- Security+ (or Comparable)
- Knowledge:
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and remediate issues in Azure AD and M365 services.
- Ability to ensure systems comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Effective in working with managers to determine system needs and training junior staff.
- Ability to continuously monitor systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Capable of supervising and guiding other staff members in their roles.
- Skills:
- Azure AD administration (User/Group/Role management)
- Desktop and Server OS Administration
- IP Addressing/IP Management
- Local Area Networking (LAN) (VLAN, Port Security, Basic routing, etc...)
- System security hardening (DISA STIG or comparable)
- System/Network Architecture/Design.
- Ability to use AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, etc...)
DESIRED QUALIFICTAIONS:
- CISSP, CASP +CE (Comparable) or other IAT III Certification
