Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency's International and Policy Directorate, Middle East Division (DIM) in providing reviews and recommendations on proposed FMS disclosures/releases of supported Agency classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign countries and international organizations, as well as assist in reviewing ITAR exemptions, CFIUS, Munition Licenses, and Foreign Visit requests.

We are seeking an experienced Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency's International and Policy Directorate, Middle East Division (DIM) in providing reviews and recommendations on proposed FMS disclosures/releases of supported Agency classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign countries and international organizations, as well as assist in reviewing ITAR exemptions, CFIUS, Munition Licenses, and Foreign Visit requests.
The Applicant will:
- Supports the DIM division in the review and staffing of requests by partner government, U.S. and industry to share joint MDA program information, marketing, and sales-related items with international allies and partners.
- Provide expert advice on USG policies and processes for requested releases of materials, review materials, and assist in adjudicating comments from stakeholders for U.S. determinations.
- Establish and maintain liaison with partner nation government personnel
- Provide recommendations supporting U.S. positions on export plans by partner nation of jointly developed and produced systems.
- Provide assistance with engagements with industry on export plans and strategies.
- Provide analysis, review for completeness and accuracy, and assist in the development of draft and associated Disclosure Policy program documents including International Agreements (IA) (Summary Statement of Intent (SSOI), Industrial Security Agreements (ISA)), Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CP), Delegated Disclosure Authority Letters (DDL), Program Security Instructions (PSI), and Foreign Disclosure Guidelines (FDG).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the International Security field preferred
- Experience: 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project
- Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Clearance: Secret to TS
