What You'll Get to Do:
- Develop Cybersecurity training courses and curriculum
- Candidates may be required to administer testing
- Deliver learning solutions in a classroom through distance learning
- Employing the principles of adult learning to deliver learning solutions in a classroom and through distance learning
- Track the Training and Development Services and Documentation Development Services
- Provide support to the section as needed during peak mission times
- Provide guidance to lower-level technicians and specialists
- Work individually and actively participates on integrated teams
- Understand and apply more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities
- Assist more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities
- Can perform all tasks of lower-level technicians or specialists
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field
- 6+ years' experience working as a Training Specialist
- Requires two or more years of related technical and managerial experience in a Enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience in experiential learning and adult learning methodologies
- Proven individual with strong facilitation skills who can motivate new employees to actively participate in classroom instruction using relevant activity-based learning events and online real-time collaboration tools (e.g., Cisco Jabber, Video teleconferencing, blogs, e-forum discussions based on Adobe Acrobat Connect, etc.)
- Ability to clearly communicate information in training materials as well as the ability to provide multiple approaches to training and hands-on demonstration to satisfy learning requirements for varying audiences
- Knowledge about the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community structures
- Must have current IAT II 8540.1 Compliant and A+ CE or Security + CE Certification
- ITIL Foundations Certification or relevant knowledge of ITIL process and procedures

- Master's Degree
