Position: Senior Finance Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract (Part-time also available)
Travel: If required, expenses will be covered by the client
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Consultant with experience in Monitor ERP System AB implementations, financial modules, and supply chain processes for a manufacturing-focused software company. The consultant will work closely with enterprise customers to analyze, diagnose, and provide solutions tailored to their financial and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate, analyze, diagnose, and propose solutions to enterprise customers.
• Deliver training sessions, create complex workflow charts (VISIO), and prepare user instructions.
• Manage multiple tasks and complex matters independently, ensuring excellent follow-up.
• Provide implementation guidance for Monitor ERP System AB projects.
• Manage project risks and ensure customer business needs align with go-live objectives.
• Identify scope changes and assess impacts on project budget and deadlines.
• Conduct effective conversations with both executive-level and staff-level resources.
• Support internal projects such as product and organizational improvements.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in financial accounting or related fields.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.
• ERP: Experience with Monitor ERP System AB financial modules and at least one of the following: Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, CRM, OA (multiple module experience is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency and presentation abilities.
• Personality Traits: Quick learner, dynamic, open-minded, positive attitude.
• Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
• The software company primarily operates in Europe and Asia but is expanding in the U.S.
• Their ERP solution, Monitor ERP System AB, competes with NetSuite (low-end) and MS Dynamics (high-end).
