Management Analyst

Savvee Inc. is seeking to hire a Management Analyst to provide logistical and analytical support to various governance boards and working groups in support for our Veterans Health Administration (VHA) client, located in Washinton, DC in a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be experienced with facilitating meetings, developing presentations, and documenting reports in support of governance boards and working groups which enable the VA mission and support the Investment Governance Services (IGS) and Strategic Investment Management (SIM) office.

Essential Functions

- Creating comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into strategic direction and project progress
- Conducting detailed analysis and research to support strategic planning activities, including the development of business cases and evaluation of IT investments priorities
- Developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and mission
- Facilitating strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met and integrated into the Multi-Year Programming (MYP) process
- Maintaining and managing documentation and critical artifacts related to assigned tasks
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support


Required Education & Training

- Bachelor’s degree


Minimum Experience & Skills

- Three or more years of Management Analysis experience
- Three or more years of strategic planning experience
- Two or more years of meeting facilitation experience
- Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
- A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven self-starter
