Senior Specialty Trainer - Medical

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Senior Specialty Trainer - Medical in support of the Global Peace Operations Initiative Capacity Building Assistance in Uganda.

**This position is contingent upon contract award. **

Roles and Responsibilities

• The Senior Specialty Trainer shall be the Team Lead’s principal trainer for other conducting specialized contract training requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimumoften(10)yearsU.S.orforeignmilitarymedicaloccupationalspecialty experience, including service after September 11, 2001.
• Minimum certification inTactical Combat CasualtyCare, Prehospital TraumaLife Support,paramedic,orotherrecognizedpre-hospitalmedicalcertificationwhich demonstrates expertise in advanced tactical medicine.
• Relevant military/tactical medicine experience (operations or training, including civilian) in the last 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienceworkinginatraumahospitalorconductingtriageoperations during a military or peacekeeping operation.
• Experienceasatrainertoaforeignsecuritypartner,militaryorcivilian.
• Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa.
