About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer that has test automation and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast and will have CI/CD/CT experience. To be successful in this role, candidates will need to have strong strategy experience as well.
This is an Army project and is fully remote.
Required Skills:
• 6+ years of test automation development experience for large-scale, production services or applications across web platforms
• Experience in using Selenium WebDriver
• Ability to define and build Test/Automation strategies/Plans
• At least 6+ years of testing experience developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution of test cases, and documentation of test results as an automation tester which should include development and maintenance of automation scripts and frameworks
• Experience with the following: Open-Source Automation Tools
• Experience with Build tools - Maven + Experience in Automated Reporting
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in CI/CD/CT tools - Jenkins
• Experience in Rest API Automation, (ex. Postman, Openrest, SOAPUI)
Responsibilities:
• Create and validate comprehensive testing plans for automating applications
• Perform verification and regression tests
• Maintain and establish test data.
• Assist the development team in debugging and reproducing reported issues.
• Understand the data flows, business requirements, and expected outcomes of software being developed.
• Producing Report for performed test activities
Education:
A master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 7 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 9 years of specialized experience.
