Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated SIGINT Analyst to support the USAFE SIGINT mission.

Job Location

Ramstein Air Base, Germany

Job Duties:
  • Perform SIGINT analysis leveraging standard Intelligence Community (IC) SIGINT tools to support tasked operations to include, but not limited to disposition of forces (DoF), analysis of adversary Tactics Techniques Procedure (TTP) and SIGINT, and fused serialized reporting
  • Generate SIGINT reports using current reporting policy and guidelines
  • Assist in the creation and modification of analysis and reporting databases, and SharePoint sites
  • Track and report current trends in SIGINT reporting analysis
  • Support, operate, and conduct intelligence exchanges between foreign partnerships to include day-to-day activities and requests for information on all appropriate classified networks
  • Create, update, and modify SIGINT operator handbooks, working aids, and directives, to ensure the most accurate information and guidance is documented
  • Provide SIGINT Collection Management Support to include processing collection requests and determining the collection strategy for both single-INT and multi-INT requirements
  • Provide analysis, recommendations, and information in the interpretation and dissemination of SIGINT collection guidance and planning


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong technical writing and briefing skills
  • Minimum of five years of experience in SIGINT operations, reporting, and general SIGINT communications and dissemination architecture
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Great Power Competition (GPC) analysis of adversary tactics and capabilities
  • Experience in working with National Security Agency (NSA), Intelligence Community and Air Force Intelligence organizations, as well as with Joint Task Force or Special Operations units


Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with OCONUS mission support
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a relevant field
