Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
5+ years of experience in the COBOL, Unisys ECL; QLP
Experience working in an Agile development environment

Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence

Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
