ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations/Research Analyst to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. This will be supporting the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and directing the analyses of management problems.
- Performing cost analyses and modeling.
- Providing information requirements and the formulating of scientific solutions as directed.
- Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
- Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
- Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience leading or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, and progress reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- F-16 avionics experience
- Automatic Test Equipment experience.
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
