The Overseas Protective Operations-Training (OPO-T) Logistics Specialist and IT Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of our logistical activities, warehousing, transportation, and administrative duties, as well as providing life support services and IT support for all staff and students at an OCONUS location. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and standards and requires strong organizational skills, practical experience in logistics operations, and the ability to operate in dynamic environments.

Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Supply Chain Management:
- Manage and perform supply, receiving, marking, warehousing, and storing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting of all TO equipment and supplies using a computerized file and accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain records, including personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements, ensuring adherence to customs procedures and standards.
- Oversee storage and maintenance activities.
- Conduct receipt and inspection of shipped items and report any damaged or lost items.
- Submit procurement requests for training and administrative consumables.
- Utilize Form 584 and Form 132 for shipping and receiving controlled equipment.
- Inventory Management:
- Inventory, inspect, and report the status of weapons, ammunition, and sensitive equipment weekly.
- Document lost, stolen, damaged, or degraded equipment.
- Identify and report warehouse and storage needs, and critical inventory shortfalls.
- Inventory and issue contract-required uniform items.
- Receive ammunition from various vendors and conduct continuous inventory of ordnance.
- Issue and turn-in ordnance for training courses (COIs).
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain and ensure adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure warehouse and storage requirements are contractually compliant.
- Conduct initial and periodic spot inspections of housing and office spaces for health, safety, cleanliness, and serviceability.
- Ensure contractual compliance of laundry services.
- Maintain Vehicle Maintenance Tracker and conduct Vehicle Safety Inspections to ensure vehicles are contractually compliant.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs for Housing, Offices, Facilities, and Life Support Services through routine SPOT checks.
- Prepare periodic and scheduled reports.
- Complete daily and monthly deliverables.
- Personnel and Transportation Coordination:
- Manage and maintain duty schedules and timesheets.
- Coordinate transportation for TO personnel, including country clearance telegrams, in-country security, and housing needs.
- Coordinate pick-up/departure transportation and expeditor services for arriving and departing staff and students.
- Coordinate billeting and life support services for students and AES staff.
- Provide Course Tracker for incoming students and daily accountability for staff and students.
- IT and Administrative Support:
- Act as Alutiiq IT support liaison for Costpoint and Alutiiq systems access.
- Issue and receive company computers and submit work order requests.
- Procure IT-related equipment on the local economy.
- Assist with processing Expense Reports (fuel, PPE, leave/travel).
- Complete Wells Fargo reconciliations and process via Concur
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Passport.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Must possess verified documentation of all claimed experience to meet biographical requirements for government approval.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
- Must demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity.
- At a minimum, must possess either a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Business Administration from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Specialist certification.
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years' experience in logistical support/supply chain management
- A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least three (3) of the following areas:
- Acquisition
- Audits
- Control (e.g. ownership, responsibility, and accountability)
- Disposition and retirement
- Movement and transfers
- Inventory
- Property accounting
- Receiving
- Records and reporting
- A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been in overseas procurement and logistics management
- A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least three (3) of the following areas:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic record-keeping system.
- Must Possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Must possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous tor unhealthy in general.
