Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Clearance Level: US Citizen able to obtain Public Trust
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Pay: $50 an hour W2 (absolute max)
Top Skills:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required, Salesforce Development, Technical Degree, US Citizen (preferably currently working as Public Trust takes a few months)
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, etc.).
Experience in Salesforce platform customization, integration, and configuration.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC).
Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
Experience in working with APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
Key Skills
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, etc.).
Familiarity with Salesforce Platform Events, Pub/Sub, and real-time updates.
Experience with Integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of Salesforce DX for version control and scratch org management.
Ability to lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and manage technical design documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Certifications (recommended)
Essential Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (demonstrates advanced development knowledge)
Additional Preferences:
Familiarity with third-party tools like Heroku, Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), or Slack integrations.
Experience working with Hyperforce migrations.
Strong DevOps experience, particularly in Salesforce CICD pipelines.
