GCyber is seeking a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)you will lead efforts in planning and designing advanced cable infrastructure.

As a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), you will:
  • Lead the planning, design, and oversight of cable infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with DoD requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess telecommunications systems, equipment, and materials for project planning and evaluation.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Inside Plant cable infrastructure, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop detailed Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs) for cable installation, wiring, and testing, following the latest codes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior clients and stakeholders to align projects with strategic objectives and ensure client needs are met.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a RCDD
  • 3+ years as senior or lead RVDD in planning, and designing cable infrastructure that supports the DoD environment
  • Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
