Job Details.
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, translating requirements into fully functional applications that meet the client’s needs. You will collaborate with team leads and stakeholders, leveraging your experience to create, configure, and manage workflows, forms, and UI elements within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including modifications to applications, workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate technical needs into functional features.
• Write and manage JavaScript code for both server-side and client-side components.
• Create update sets and XMLs for configuration management and data migration.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team lead to design CAM/IRM modules and ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in agile development processes to ensure smooth project transitions and task completion.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong background in implementing ServiceNow CAM/IRM modules with knowledge of the NIST Risk Management Framework and Risk and Audit processes.
• Extensive experience in developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including UI actions, policies, and business rules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
