Job Description
The Building People is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Real Estate Technologies Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Real Estate Technologies systems that enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and user experience of government and commercial facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of EAM, CMMS, and IWMS technologies, and data analytics to create integrated solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description
The Building People is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Real Estate Technologies Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Real Estate Technologies systems that enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and user experience of government and commercial facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of EAM, CMMS, and IWMS technologies, and data analytics to create integrated solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in pursuit of management and technology as the company enhances its Business, Information, Application, and Technology Service offerings to deliver higher value-based services and capabilities in line with market demands.
- Work across business, engineering, IT, and operations domains, understanding customer requirements, and effectively articulating solutions and capturing strategies to address those needs.
- Collaborate with Business Units and closely engage with Business Development, Capture, Proposal, and Operations teams to recommend suitable technology and business solutions for both existing and potential customers, aligning with opportunities to expand the current business portfolio.
- Develop pursuit solutions, define Service Delivery CONOPS, and assist in strategic proposal development, technical writing and reviews supporting the Technology Solutions Delivery Team.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with customer cost and price-to-win objectives while effectively communicating these solutions across all proposal artifacts.
- Keep abreast of technology trends and partners to recommend future solutions and service offerings.
- Continually analyze industry technology and innovation directions, recommending investments to develop solutions and service offerings aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate across TBP to leverage core capabilities and competencies, coordinate technology activities to enhance competitive positioning, and develop new and emerging capabilities.
- Design and develop Technologies and solutions ie., EAM,CMMS, IWMS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the implementation of Technology proposals, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 Years experience in designing and implementing Real Estate Technologies
- Experience with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), i.e. TRIRIGA, Archibus, Nuvolo, ServiceNow WSD, and FMSystems
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/CMMS) experience such as IBM Maximo
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong professional writing skills, including proposals, technical discussions, white papers, etc.
- Project management experience is a plus.
