What You Will Be Doing :
- Providing technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools.
- Analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
- Preparing required documentation (program-level and user-level).
- Assisting in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
- Performing technical evaluations and analysis.
- Supporting the customer in the development and maintenance of systems baseline.
- Assessing server loads and working with technical leads to develop tuning recommendations.
- Providing operational pager/phone duty support.
- Completing day-to-day operations & maintenance tasks.
- Performing operating system software updates, upgrades, and patches.
