Job Description:
• Position is for a Program Analyst to programmatic and financial support experience for help managing shipboard technical and repair assistance, work product tracking, engineering technical analysis, data collection and analysis, metrics, development and testing support, engineering development models, and logistic product development for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia, Code 23.
Specific duties for the Program Analyst include:
• Provide program analysis and support for U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers, including budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and reporting on equipment and system installations, maintenance, and modifications and repairs.
Provide high level graphics support, database creation using MSAccess, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books. Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.
Use knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions to support analytical work.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business from an accredited university.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• A secret security clearance

- 12 years of professional experience in supporting US Navy, including five (5) years of programmatic and financial support experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in providing high level graphics support, database creation using MSAccess, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books.
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business from an accredited university.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
