Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead and oversee the successful delivery of Advisory and Assistance Services for the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to meet contract and organizational goals
- Act as the main contact for SpRCO, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee staffing and resource allocation to ensure team performance and project objectives are met
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in program or project management, preferably in defense or government contracting sectors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience with Space Force programs or missions is highly desired.
- Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent preferred; additional certifications in Agile Project Management, Six Sigma, or related methodologies are advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000
- Benefits: Cigna health, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days PTO - 11 Federal Holidays
