Position: Property Management Specialist
Location: Poznan, Poland (overseas all EUCOM)
Clearance: Secret
Job Description:
Mission Essential is seeking a Property Management Specialist in support of a dynamic contract in supporting operations in the EUCOM AOR. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Maintain and cultivate the process, systems, procedures, records and methodologies necessary for effective control of Government property consistent with Army and industry practices and standards
• Account for all government property to include clothing and, Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) and office equipment furnished to the vendor on the task order
• Maintain hand receipt accounts and ensure that controls are effectively in place to prevent fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree OR 10 years' experience working in military or unit supply services Program Management.
• Knowledgeable of Property accountability, inventory management, record keeping, clothing management, command supply discipline, hand receipt procedures, turn in procedures and management controls Knowledgeable of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE)
• Experience with Life Cycle Management Automated supply system accounting Contract Property Management Systems
• Secret Clearance
