• Design and develop comprehensive CRM Analytics dashboards and applications
• Utilize CRM Analytics Studio to create dynamic and interactive dashboards.
• Employ CRM Analytics Query Language (SAQL) to develop complex data queries and manipulate data sets.
• Manage dataflows, datasets, and recipes to ensure accurate data preparation, transformation, and integration.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.
• Integrate Salesforce with other data sources using Salesforce Connect and external ETL tools, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into technical specifications for CRM analytics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security and sharing rules within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM features, object structure, data model, and data flow.
• Proficiency in CRM Analytics Studio for dashboard and app creation.
• Advanced skills in SAQL for data manipulation and complex query creation.
• Experience with Salesforce data integration tools and external ETL tools.
• Knowledge of implementing security and sharing rules within Salesforce and CRM Analytics.
• Strong analytical capabilities to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing interactive, informative dashboards and reports.
• Ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer or similar role.
• Salesforce certifications related to CRM Analytics and development are highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.


Day-to-day Responsibilities: Architect CRM Analytics solutions for scalability and security; build CRM A dashboards; mentor and develop team memebrs in CRM A; support development of training program for client FTEs

Expected Deliverables: Design documentation (word or power point); CRM A recipes, datasets, and dashboards; knowledge transfer sessions to project team and FTEs
