Overview

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Senior Systems Engineer shall have at least five (5) years of experience working with the Microsoft computing environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, Domain Names Services (DNS).
  • Familiarity with basic network technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues such as network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration issues; basic messaging system administration (e-mail); PC and server hardware familiarity including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using configuration analysis and subsystem (hard drive, memory, monitors, and power supplies) repair/replacement procedures.
  • Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system.
  • Perform hardware and software system, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.
  • Persons in this position will also be responsible for backup and recovery functions.


REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert & Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.


Designated persons shall be named to fill each shift during a 24x7x365 work week at the Western Currency Facility - WCF (Fort Worth, TX) and Washington Currency Facility - DCF locations. The contractor shall name a lead Systems Engineer who shall be responsible for leading entire systems engineering team in providing support.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
