Benefits Consultant

Marathon TS is looking for a Benefits Consultant to support our efforts with our client: Responsibilities:

• Participate in Workday HCM and Benefits implementation projects
• Provide post-production support and enhancements to enterprises
• Collaborate with teams to guide clients on Benefits implementation
• Lead data conversion from legacy systems to Workday
• Advise on Advanced Compensation application planning and implementation
• Communicate project updates and recommendations to clients
• Foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor consultants

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience implementing Workday Benefits
• 1-2 large or 3-4 small end-to-end Benefits implementations
• Deep knowledge of Benefits configuration
• Experience as lead consultant on Benefits /HCM projects (preferred)
• Workday Benefits certification
• Consulting experience with Workday deployment partner
• Experience on multiple simultaneous Advanced Compensation/HCM projects (plus)
• Strong attention to detail and big-picture perspective
