Cleared Project Operation & Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Cleared Project Operation & Maintenance Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and security-cleared Project Operation & Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the operation and maintenance aspects of our projects. This role is critical to ensuring the longevity and efficiency of project facilities and systems in compliance with stringent security protocols. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in operations management, maintenance planning, and execution, along with an active security clearance.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and repair existing furniture on-site under warranty
• Act as a contractor escort for furniture installs
• Must be onsite for all deliveries
• Perform Quality Control Activities and provide information to Government PM COR and coordinate with the EM to incorporate the data into the weekly project tracking meeting
• Perform project pre-survey walkouts before delivery and installation of project
• Coordinate with the EM to develop red-line drawings for project completion,
• Attend weekly Government furniture meetings as the Manufacturer POC to support the Government Interior Design and Furniture Execution teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Top-Secret security clearance with SCI required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably within a government or military environment.
• Proven track record of managing operations and maintenance for large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and other relevant technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
