Marathon TS is looking for a HCM Transformation Consultant to support our efforts at the DIA.

Responsible for leading and a workstream, initially under a senior CrossVue HCM Transformation Architect to support overall program alignment across a multi-stakeholder environment on Workday HCM modernization vision, goals, objectives, key performance metrics, and program governance structure and processes. After mobilization phase, this role will morph into the key leadership role to provide day-to-day subject matter expertise to a team of 11+ consultants on Client-specific HCM processes. 4-7 years of experience in leading, orchestrating, or supporting Human Capital Management Systems Transformation for a Federal entity, with strong preference for Defense/Client/DIA. Must have a strong understanding of HR business processes in these agencies with an understanding of the difference between HCM processes between classified and non-classified systems. Must have held a prior TS-level clearance and be currently TS-clearance eligible. Prior experience with Workday core HCM platform implementation preferred but not required.
