Marathon TS is looking for a RPA Developer to support our efforts at Client. As an RPA developer, you will support the development, configuration, and integration of new RPA solutions, in addition to the operations and maintenance of existing components in the TSA HR technology stack. RPA plays a significant role in the TSA solution and this role will support not only new components but refactoring of existing components for efficiency, compliance, and performance. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. The RPA technologies are Kofax and UIPath but you will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.
Required Skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with full stack development, especially with Python, 3+ years.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal customers.
• Experience working with SAFe

Required Skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Client TSA Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with RPA tools, preferably Kofax and UIPath, 3+ years.
- Agile certification.
- Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs, 3+ years.
- Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with full stack development, especially with Python, 3+ years.
