Rover 1 is looking for a Portfolio Manager to join a mission-oriented project team.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring each has access to the funding necessary to achieve its procurement and acquisition goals. The manager will be tracking and executing data transactions as needed, and will regularly facilitate meetings to discuss portfolio needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, ability to work with data, and an understanding of federal budgeting systems.
This role is consultative in nature, and will require direct interactions with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Work with team of analysts and project managers to analyze quant/qual data
* Display data in a useable format
* Explain financial analyses to clients looking to make operational decisions
* Make recommendations based on findings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year Intel Agency experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
Desired:
- 3+ years in analytics consulting role
- Experience with government financial systems
- Experience sourcing data and populating Data Visualizations
