Marathon TS is looking for a Lead Appian Technical Consultant to support our Federal Customer:
• Opportunities to grow your leadership and management skills
• Make an impact by having an active role in the decision making process with a chance to
truly own your implementation and have a voice in the outcome
• Supporting the sales process as needed and interfacing with the client
• A dynamic work environment that values creativity, out-of the-box thinking, and problem
solving
• Various opportunities to impact the growth strategy of the consulting practice with:
business proposals and presentations, recruiting activities, and informal coaching and
mentoring to less experienced consultants
Required Qualifications:
• 3 years of Appian experience in a developer or lead developer role
• Minimum of 1 year in a lead role
• Experience leading small to medium sized teams
• Demonstrates the ability to manage resources effectively with a positive track record of
ensuring delivery timelines are met by all team members
• Strong command of Agile methodologies
• Ability to to properly identify, track, escalate, and communicate risks and their impact
• Clear communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
• Recent Appian development experience
Preferred Experience:
• Appian Level 3 certified
• Experience leading Sprint 0s
