Marathon TS is looking to hire Cable Technicians to support a Federal Client at Andrews AFB and Bolling AFB. All candidates must have the following experience:

- Individual(s) with 3+ years of experience in maintenance or installation management and 5+ years of experience installing and repairing Communications focused Low Voltage Cabling Systems, to include Category Premise Cabling troubleshooting and repair, outside plant copper telephone cable troubleshooting and repair, and Fiber Optic cable troubleshooting and repair.
Monday-Friday: 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Individual(s) must have:
• Secret Level Clearance Required
Good to have: - Working knowledge of the (ANSI/TIA) standards.
- Active (BICSI) Installer Level 2 Copper IN225, BICSI installer Level 2 Fiber IN250 BICSI certification.
Professional Skills:
- Knowledge in structured cabling and other cable technologies.
- Communicates effectively and appropriately when dealing with other departments and/or personnel at levels up to President.
- Demonstrates the initiative and creativity for self-development within and outside of the company.
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment.
- Must be knowledgeable in various wiring configurations and terminations.
- Technical skills and knowledge of telecommunications industry and/or installation
