Program Manager

● Demonstrated experience in large cyber programs focused on cyber
operations and operations center management.
● Expert in directing and managing cyber operational teams within scope and
budget.
● Master level experience in developing scope, schedule, budget, and program
documentation such as, program schedules, financial reports, and risk
management documentation. Prepares charts, tables, graphs and diagrams
to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information.
● Master level competency in developing program, project, and staffing plans,
as well as familiarity with security processing and onboarding in a secure
environment.
● Experience in evaluating, analyzing, and proposing technical talent to
address task needs as well as defining operational and technical alternatives
to solve task needs.
● Experience in reviewing and providing input for Estimate-To-Complete,
Funds and Man-Hour Expenditure Reports, or other financial reports as
appropriate to provide the status of funded projects. Reviews and evaluates
programs.
● Experience in managing large contract teams
● Directs technical teams and facilitates the integration of subtasks to ensure
the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors
● Serves as focal point for managing all tasks and subtasks and as Principal
Representative for program direction and providing program status updates,
including financial status
● Provides information regarding significant issues, recommended solutions in
a transparent manner, and takes corrective action to issues brought by the
Government Lead or COR

Required

● Minimum 15 years of experience as a cyberspace program manager with at
TS/SCI

least 5 years cyber operations center experience
● Minimum of Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in
Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer
Engineering
, Business Management, or related discipline
● DAWIA Level II Program Management Certification or PMP Certification
