CACI seeks a functional subject matter expert to support the requirements analysis, configuration, and business process design for a Momentum Financials implementation. System functionality spans the Budget Execution, Purchasing, Billing and Collections, and Payment modules. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills who can work effectively in a team and independently and have a desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment.
Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements
Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and document results
Provide recommendations to resolve identified system gaps
Identify moderate to significant process improvement opportunities
Lead business process design sessions
Document and communicate configuration decisions across the team
Configure Momentum to test process flows
Create test plans and execute system and regression test scenarios
Facilitate meetings with team members, end-users, and management
Requires Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, or related field) or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requires a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Requires at least 2 years of functional experience with upgrading or implementing ERP systems.
Requires at least 2 years of Momentum Financials experience.
Requires experience with requirements analysis, design, and testing.
Must be able to work full-time at the client site in Washington, DC.
Requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain additional program clearances.
