CACI's National & Cyber Solutions business group has immediate career opportunities in Northern, VA for all levels of Cyber Engineers interested in developing offensive and defensive capabilities on IoT, mobile devices, UAVs/Drones, and other traditional and non-traditional platforms. CACI Cyber Engineers work collaboratively with peers to solve complex problems and create capabilities to deter and defeat cyber threats for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Duties of our Cyber Engineers include, but are not limited to:
Develop software for cyber related software systems, tools, and applications.
Ethical hacking of systems, evaluating software and hardware functionality, and identifying attack vectors of various types of platforms (IoT, UAVs/Drones, Mobile Devices, Vehicles, etc.)
Conduct hands-on technical testing beyond automated tool validation, including full exploitation and leveraging of access within multiple environments.
Recommend and participate in company funded Independent Research and Development (IRaD) project supporting Offensive and Defensive Cyber Operations.
Cyber Engineers will have experience, knowledge, and/or expertise in at least 4 to 5 of the below qualifications, AND be interested in getting exposure along with the opportunity to learn many of the other qualifications:
Experience in software development, open web security protocols, and black box penetration testing
Proficient in usage of multiple operating systems (e.g. Unix, Windows, OSX, iOS, Android)
Proficiency with multiple programming languages (e.g. Python, C/C++, Java, Powershell, Bash)
Experience using common vulnerability research software such as Ida, GDB, Binary Ninja, WinDBG, Immunity Debugger, etc.
Understanding of common exploitation techniques such as Buffer/SEH/Heap Overflows, ROP Chaining, ASLR Bypasses, etc.
Understanding of and interest in common web application vulnerabilities like XSS, CSRF, Command Injection, SQLi, single sign-on limitations, etc.
Proficient in any of the following implant/C2 frameworks: PowerShell Empire, Metasploit Framework, or Cobalt Strike.
Usage of additional common penetration testing tool-sets such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, tcpdump, netcat, sqlmap, Kismet, Binwalk, etc.
Solid understanding of networking, TCP/IP, virtualization and cloud/data center architecture.
Experience with covert communication methods and techniques.
Experience with conventional secure communication techniques such as IPSec, PPTP, OpenVPN, SSL, TLS.
Ability to write and review technical documentation
Experience performing Red and/or Blue Team Operations
Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, GPEN, GWAPT, GPEN, GXPN, CEH, CISSP
Malware analysis or digital computer forensics experience
Cyber Operations related DOD, IC, or Law Enforcement experience.
Existing Subject Matter Expert of Advanced Persistent Threats and Emerging Threats
Proactive interest in emerging technologies and techniques related to penetration testing
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelors or Masters degree in CS, similar, or an equivalent combination of educational background and directly related experience.
Must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance, and willing to sit for a Polygraph (if customer requires). We are able to sponsor new clearances and can upgrade existing security clearances.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
