IT Project Manager (Cyber Solutions)

We are looking for a strong multi-tasker to provide project management support to identify, provision, schedule, and manage installation of identified new cybersecurity IT solutions within OIS. Supports Service Systems Delivery.

• Provide guidance to client as well as internal delivery team on Risk Management, Governance & Privacy.
• Work with the solution team in privacy, risk & compliance solution and provide technical guidance on program optimization.
• Experience with supporting SOC oriented environments.
• Liaison with the client team in finalizing the workflow and design of Governance, Risk & Privacy management application.
• Documentation of technical, functional documents and user training manuals.
• Research and Development in best practices around core business processes, IT security.
• Assist in GRC solution enhancement by customizing out-of-the-box functionality as well as development of new applications.
• Assist client in developing and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participates in client steering committee meeting and provide reports on functions implemented and updates on solutions.
• Ensure that all incidents related to GRC solution are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Training client executives on internal control frameworks.
• Software license forecasting & liaison with vendors.
• Forecasting and capacity management for application underlying infrastructure.

• Education: BS/BA degree from accredited university
• Experience: Five or more years of PM work experience
• Clearance Requirement: Public Trust
• One or more certifications in information security (such as CISSP, CISA, Sec+, etc).
• Core skills: At a minimum, we are looking for an IT Project Manager with these core skills. Within this environment, you should possess the following.
• Project Manager with relevant experience in project planning, resource management, client management and reporting.
• Well-versed with .NET platform and SQL Server, API development and providing technical guidance and troubleshooting to the team.
• Experience in creating high-level and low-level designs for applications with technical and functional experience in domain of privacy, governance, enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance consulting.
• Experience with standards (such as ISO:9000, ISO:27001, ISO;20000, NIST, ITIL V3.0, etc) and Frameworks (such as COBIT, COSO, etc.)
• Experience and understanding of regulatory compliances like Sarbanes-Oxley, operational risk, etc.
• Implementation experience for automated governance, risk and compliance platforms such as RSA-Archer (preferred), MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, Agiliance, Oracle GRC.
• Experience in risk management, governance and audits (COBIT). This includes facilitation for audit readiness for client organizations.
• Open to learning and working in new domains and technology.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
