Key Role: Work as an experienced engineer and analyst, using advanced analysis and engineering techniques to perform operational analysis as part of a modeling and simulation team working with clients at Wright-Patterson AFB. Leverage existing processes or Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) modeling and simulation analysis tools, object models, and analytical techniques effectively. Perform analyses, including performance of military communication or sensor networks, analysis of UAS sorties, susceptibility to IADS, characterization of concept alternatives, development planning, and analysis of new systems, technologies, effectiveness, and lethality. Develop and document details for various mission scenarios and vignettes. Maintain responsibility for planning and conducting the technical processes or phases of projects and coordinating the efforts of other technical or engineering support personnel. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.
Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience as an engineer or analyst, including expertise in radar systems from waveform to system level, such as plots and tracks -Experience with electronic warfare (EW) -Experience with digital simulators and analysis, including engineering or engagement level modeling -Ability to exhibit leadership, including leading a team of 3-5 engineers and analysts, brief the team or clients, and leverage technical writing expertise -Top Secret clearance -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with mission-level modeling -Experience with Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) or VV&A processes -Experience with operations research experience, including the analysis of stochastic systems
-TS/SCI clearance -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -MA or MS degree in Operational Analysis, Engineering, or equivalent field
