NOTE:  This position will be a full-time overnight position. The position will be 40 hours per week, five days per week, Sunday night through Friday morning from 10:00PM-6:30AM. There will be no deviation from the set schedule.

FSA, a rapidly growing professional services company delivering highly qualified personnel in support of the government's mission, has an immediate vacancy for an Administrative/General Clerical Support Analyst to support the FBI's Director's Daily Briefing Unit.  

The Support Analyst shall be responsible for the ongoing support and integration required to maintain and enhance the Director's Daily Briefing Book (DDBB) functions and for ensuring these activities support FBI mission objectives and facilitate the way in which the FBI fulfills these objectives.

Daily maintenance and support of the DDBB may include but is not limited to:
  • Effectively and efficiently maintain the external DDBB dissemination list. This list must  contain a comprehensive list of appropriate names and valid external E-Mail addresses. A  current external dissemination list is already in use and will be provided; the Support Analyst shall  effectively and efficiently manage this list, to include adding and removing content as  appropriate.
  • Photocopy DDBB material. This includes operating high performance high capacity copy  machines, following established copy machine operating procedures, and performing basic  copy machine user maintenance.
  • Assemble hard copy briefing books. This includes following established assembly  instructions and performing a quality control inspection on each book assembled. 
  • Shred hard copy material. This includes following established destruction instructions.
  • Deliver hard copy briefing books within the FBI Headquarters building. 
  • Provide DDBB customer support. This includes providing a professional, courteous, and  timely response to questions, comments, concerns, or inquiries.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the production and dissemination of the Intelligence  Information Report (IIR) Review Sheet; this includes identifying and highlighting the use of  FBI IIRs in community products.
  • Professionally coordinate all aspects of the DDBB with both FBI internal customers and FBI  partner entities.
  • Assist with other tasks as required.
A Support  Analyst will provide Records Examiner/Data Analyst tasks and may also execute the following duties:
  • Provide support to hard copy briefing book production including printing,  compiling, and assembling hard copy briefing books using high capacity copiers. 
  • Review Data and information from multiple sources;  Enter and retrieve data from data bases
  • Establish case/project files; c onduct validation and verification of case files and case data system
  • Create and manipulate spreadsheets ; Manipulate, transfer, compute and print information
  • Prepare, format, and correct reports and correspondence using word processing software
The Analyst may serve as the contractor's supervisor in small offices. The Analyst shall have the ability to:  Be responsible for the day to day supervision of contractor assignments;  Provide on-site supervision for Contractor workforce;  Provide on-the-job training for new personnel;  Ensure Contractor personnel meet periodic training requirements;  Schedule Contractor employees;  Provide on-site quality assurance and quality control of work performed by Contractor personnel

NOTE:  Candidates already possesing an ACTIVE and transferable Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access will be given first consideration.
A Support Analyst must meet the following qualifications:
  • Must have one year's experience in a field related to law enforcement (to include legal and/or military experience)
  • A four year undergraduate degree is preferred

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
