FSA, a rapidly growing professional services company delivering highly qualified personnel in support of the government's mission, has multiple immediate vacancies for an Records Examiner Analyst/REA in support of the Human Resources Division (HRD) Executive Management Team for the FBI in Washington, DC. \r
The Records Examiner Analyst will be in the Human Resources Division (HRD) providing Exec Staff Project Management Support. This position supports staff and leaders at a strategic level, as well as in an administrative capacity. \r
Responsibilities could include: \r
Project Management support in conjunction with various HRD programs \r
Assisting with calendar management and scheduling for HRD Exec Staff. \r
Scheduling, managing logistics and creating materials for division meetings and outings. \r
Financial reports tracking and review, as needed. \r
General office support -- correspondence, filing, supply ordering. \r
Other duties as assigned.
An REA may also: \r
Review Data and information from multiple sources \r
Establish case/project files \r
Enter and retrieve data from data bases \r
Prepare and format management reports \r
Manipulate, transfer, compute and print information \r
Create and manipulate spreadsheets \r
Prepare and correct reports and correspondence using word processing software \r
Conduct validation and verification of case files and case data system

A Records Examiner/Analyst must meet the following qualifications:
A four year undergraduate degree is preferred \r
Must have one year's experience in a field related to law enforcement \r
Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions is very important \r
Good oral and written communications skills are highly desirable \r
Must possess a demonstrated ability to analyze documents to extract information \r
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
