Provide direct support to integrate Cyberspace operations into CCMD strategic and operational level objectives as part of the JFHQ-FWD (EUCOM) staff. Coordinate with JFHQ-C (AFCYBER), JFHQ-DoDIN, and other CYBERCOM components, as required. Maintain situational awareness on vulnerabilities and threats to CCMD missions. Support the planning, integration, execution, and coordination of DoDIN operations and provide recommendations. Analyze after action reports and provide lessons learned to support future TTP development. Facilitate the dissemination and communication of the technical content of operational and strategic Cyber threat assessments and products throughout the CCMD. Comprehend theater KCT information flow and in conjunction with co-located ISR analysts, potential adversary threats, and KCT vulnerabilities.
-8+ years of experience with operational and technical military in planning, developing, coordinating, and executing United States Air Force (USAF) or other Services participation in Command, Service, Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), and Combatant Command (CCMD) operations, exercises, demonstrations, and experiments
-6+ years of experience as part of an AFCYBER, sister service component, or commercial network operations crew
-Knowledge of Cyber Operations with an emphasis on AFCYBER capabilities or limitations
-BA or BS degree
-Completion of Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Computer Defense Operations (CDO), Joint Cyberspace Analysis Course (JCAC), Cyber Ops/Civ Fundamentals Course (COFC/CFFC), or Cyber Intelligence Formal Training Unit (CIFTU)
-Experience with developing and deploying data driven analytics and event driven analysis
-Experience in an Air Operations Center (AOC), Operations Center (OC), or other service component operational level
-Experience as staff at the Numbered Air Force level or above
-Experience in network infrastructure, Cyberspace vulnerabilities analysis, and DCO planning support
-Knowledge of the Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES), Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) and Adaptive Planning and Execution System (APEX), or Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
-DoDI 8570 Level II Certification, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred
