Smartronix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist with current and future work in our Camarillo office in California. The Primary duties of this position are associated with project management of one or more direct funded programs or projects. Additional duties include management of the Smartronix Camarillo Office operations. Will be responsible for supporting the Director in the oversight of daily operations of the office and execution of projects managed, supports the development of Smartronix policies and practices, and provides leadership and direction to the office staff.
+ Executes project management duties and responsibilities on assigned programs and projects including all basic project management duties, analysis and determination of subcontractor requirements, planning and approval of funding for those subs, approval of all required Purchase Orders and subcontractor invoices, and oversight of back office efforts to support assigned projects.
+ Full delegated authority to act on behalf of the Director in Director's absence, + Serves as a mentor, coach and supervisor of assigned project team members and office staff, + Works with Director to pace and drive business and organization development, including analysis and implementation of priorities, partnerships, and infrastructure needs, + Serves as the primary lead for general recruiting efforts in the office, managing both corporate subcontractor recruitment actions, and + Other duties as assigned by the Director.
